As an Adult only retreat we offer relaxation at its best from our unique setting within a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. We welcome you to our home and haven of peace to get away from it all. Stunning views of the majestic Yorkshire Dales Three Peaks from our infinity garden and outdoor hot tub. We are fully licensed with an extensive wine and drinks list. Evening meals available (optional booked in advance) cooked in the AGA.We are ideally situated for exploring the Yorkshire Dales, Forest of Bowland and the Southern Lake District and being close to Bentham, Ingleton, Clapham, Kirkby Lonsdale and Settle there are a multitude of activities, sight seeing, cycling routes (we are right on the Way of the Roses at 23 miles) and walks close by. Lancaster, Kendal and Skipton are only a few miles away if you want to explore castles, canals or do a spot of shopping.Sorry we cannot accept guest pets but if you have allergies please be aware that we do have our own friendly collie, springer and cat in the accommodation.

Directions

M6 Northbound Jct 34 (LancasterMorecambe), M6 Southbound Jct 36 (Kendal) follow signs for Kirkby Lonsdale and then Bentham. Once in High Bentham turn down Station Road between the Black Bull and HSBC bank. Follow road up to crossroads (phone box on left and Honda ATV dealer on right). Turn left towards Settle on Mewith Lane. Follow road for 2.2 miles. Access road is on right with layby at the bottom just past Beechcroft Barn on the left. Halsteads Barn cannot be seen from Mewith Lane. Once at the top of the hill you will see the barn straight in front of you.We will always email you detailed driving instructions.
